What a super find Herb..................and a lovely "detail" image from you. I also like the background and the upturned boats which put this old winch into context. The light is gorgeous too.

Hi Keith. Funny enough I photographed another very similar to this whilst on the East coast of Scotland only last year (it seems like years ago now). There must be a fair number of them still about. Great that you liked my take of it and you thought that the mono suited.
