The Beach huts of Whitby
For those of you who have watched my photos from the Panoramio days, you will know that I used to have a passion for taking photos of beach huts. Nowadays, sadly the chances do not come as often. However on this recent trip to the North Yorkshire coast I spied a few and here is a high view down to the large beach of Whitby town and its row of colourful beach huts. I must admit to enjoying the soft shades of wet sand lighting too.

It's indeed a perfect colorful alignment with splendid effect!
Tones to bring joy to the grey environment
The shadows on sand have also a beautiful result
I like very much and your note explains well this image, Herb

My favourite is the Ist PiP.............the light and details are just sublime and the girl on the bicycle is perfect for scale and extra interest.
I really like the huts in the 2nd PiP too, we don't have any up on stilts like these nearby and they're really lovely.
Excellent work!
