Rails, fences and steam in Devon
Enjoy this oldie seen at the South Devon Railway station at Buckfastleigh taken some twelve years back. See here the GWR 5542, a Collet 4500 Class 2-6-2T (Tank Engine) that was built at Swindon in 1928 to a design by Churchward. If it looks rather unusual, that’s because another steam engine is just poking its nose out in front of this too. I think you will agree, a rather enjoyable shot of fences even without the engine.
Enjoy full size on black.
HFF, have a great weekend.
