The Seven Sisters

Taken from the beach just west of Cuckmere Haven. From my 2009 archives, inspired to be posted here by my Ipernity friend John Goodwins photo of almost the same: www.ipernity.com/doc/2248118/47020134

Enjoy the PiPs too.

Herb Riddle replied to Malik Raoulda:

Indeed they are Malik. They are quite famous around here along with our 'Chalk cliffs of Dover'.

Herb Riddle replied to LotharW:

Hello Lothar, Thanks for another visit and very happy that you like this one. After checking again the PiPs -they all appear to be working OK. Maybe you could try again for me! However that Pip No1 picture is now available on here too. www.ipernity.com/doc/1081863/47131842

Glad that you enjoyed this Nick. Another of those files just resting on the floor until now. Thanks to John for riving my interest in this part of the world for me.

Great shot, Herb... Not sure in it still applies, but the coastal path between Birling gap and Seven sisters was closed a few days ago, due to the cliff falls last week.... There have been photo's in the press recently of these inane stupid people still stand a few inches from the edge... a 500 foot drop!!!

Great PiP's too.... All the best my friend... John.

Herb Riddle replied to John Goodwin:

My Inspiration mentor for these John. Glad you like them. I can imagine the walkers on top of the cliffs peering over the incredibly high chalk cliffs . Even on my trip, I did a little of that but some folk went much further and everybody around were quite frightened of them falling.
