Mining trucks dont have a small Bridge Sadly the country sided is being eaten away for mining .The industry is Bauxite mining to make Aluminum. I have my niece over for a wedding and took them out to see the countryside around Perth.

Steve Paxton replied to Peter Castell:

This is the first time in about two years since i have been in this area, the damage to the land is staggering . The main aim is Bauxite to make Aluminium But the site is growing closer to the drinking water at Serpentine dam.

Excellent photos Steve. It must be worrying and upsetting to see this happening, though.
