Place du Vieux Marché

Questa piazza trasuda storia e bellezza. la Place du Veux Marché è stata la cornice dove fu arsa viva Giovanna d’Arco: il 30 maggio 1431. Si trattava di un luogo molto diverso da quello che appare oggi con spazi più ampi e molti meno palazzi. Oggi a fare da sfondo ci sono le case a graticcio con poggioli e finestre ornati di fiori

This square oozes history and beauty. The Place du Veux Marché was the setting where Joan of Arc was burned alive: 30 May 1431. It was a very different place from what it appears today with larger spaces and far fewer buildings. Today the backdrop is formed by half-timbered houses with balconies and windows decorated with flowers
