Hamburg, U-Bahnstation Steinstraße

Tag 2 unseres Hamburgbesuches zum Hafenfest. An diesem Tag wollten wir den Parkfriedhof in Hamburg-Ohlsdorf besuchen. Von der U-Bahnstation Steinstraße, die sich nur wenige Meter von unserem Hotel befand, war dieser recht leicht zu erreichen.

Nice station. Last time I was in NYC, at a museum I saw vintage pictures of the subway, then I rode in a subway and the support columns and beams in the station were as depicted in the vintage photo. This is very different.

Ich habe in Zürich im Untergrund des Hauptbahnhofs, verschiedenen Nebenbahnhöfen und Untergrund -Tramstationen gearbeitet, das waren nicht immer gemütliche Arbeitsplätze. Die Kälte ist hier auf diesem Bild spürbar!
